Step 1: Select the option "Payment Setup" from the "Payments" dropdown menu.

Step 2: Choose the payment method you prefer among the options displayed on-screen.

CREDIT CARD

You will need to fill the following information:

  • Cardholder Name.

  • Card Number.

  • Expiration Date.

  • The card verification value code (CVV) that is usually located at the back of the card.

+Extra fee: it might imply a fee of 3-4% of the total amount charged by the credit card provider.

+ Estimated time: the transaction is processed immediately.

ACH

You will need to fill the following information:

  • Account holder name.

  • Account Type.

    • Individual

    • Company

  • Bank Account Number.

  • Routing Number.

+Extra fee: no extra fees are required.

+Estimated time: it can take from 3 to 5 days for the transaction to be processed.

WIRE TRANSFER

In this case, no extra information is required. However, it is very important to upload the proof of payment or receipt to avoid delays with your contractors’ payment arrival.

You can visualize and download the wire information you will need for this transaction by clicking on "Get Wire information".

+Extra fee: it might imply an additional fee charged by your bank.

+Estimated time: it can take from 5 to 10 days for the transaction to be processed.

CRYPTO TRANSFER

For crypto payments, same as wire transfers, no extra information is required. But keep in mind that you need to upload the proof of payment or receipt as well.

You can visualize and download the information you will need for this transaction by clicking on "Get crypto information".

+Extra fee: it might imply an additional fee charged by your exchange platform.

+Estimated time: it can take 30 minutes for the transaction to be processed.


Keep in mind that, when setting up your payment method, regardless of the one selected, the platform will let you know if it has been verified or if you will need to repeat this process.


Finally, you will be able to visualize all the payment methods that have been set up in the "Saved payment methods" section.

You can also choose one of the saved methods as your default payment method by clicking on the "Set as default method" button, or delete one by selecting the trash can icon located on the right side of each saved method.
