You will always have to upload or fill out a WorkSheet when you complete a task or when you need to report your hours worked. We show you with these simple steps how you can do it.


Keep in mind that you must do this process only if your type of contract is "Pay Per Task/Time" or "Results drive"


How can I add the worksheet?

Step 1: Go to the upper right part of the screen and click on the little arrow to deploy a list of options. Here you will see the option "Worksheets.

Worksheet: Here you can upload your hours or completed tasks.

Step 2: Once you clik on "Work Sheet" you will see this option: "New Work Sheet" to create or add a new worksheet:

Step 3: Then, the following screen will appear and you must fill in the following information:

  • Starting Date: Starting day

  • Ending Date: Final day

  • Select Contract: You select the type of contract.

  • Quantity: Number of tasks or hours performed.

  • Details or additional comments (optional): If you want to add more comments or reasons to the request.

  • Upload file (optional): If you have any document to add.

  • When filling in this information you will only click on "Save" so that it is completed

It's done!

After this process, the information will have been uploaded on the platform and both you and your company will be able to see the record of this worksheet.
