Will the Ontop-Visa card be in USD? Will I be able to make purchases in USD or in my local currency?

Absolutely, Your new card will be managed in USD. So...it won't be possible to make transactions in a different currency than the USD 💸. This means no intergalactic shopping at least for now...🪐👾
