How to: Create a new user to manage your workers?
This is the step by step of how to give permissions to a user to admin or manage your workers.

✔️ Step 1: Go to the "Users & Permissions" section in the right corner in your Ontop account next to your profile photo.


✔️ Step 2: Now, click on the "Invite team" button.


✔️ Step 3: Here you can write the name and email of the worker that you want to give these permissions.

Admin

Manager

Can create, edit or modify contracts in a single team.

Can manage different teams. They are not able to edit or modify, just view.


Once you have filled up all the information you must click on "Send Invite"




If you want to revoke permissions or remove a member from your team you just have to follow the next 2 steps:

✔️ Step 1: Go to "Users & Permissions" and select "Joined users" if the worker already accepted the invitation or "Pending users" if the workers hasn't yet accepted the invitation.

✔️ Step 2: Now, click on the 3 dots under the "Actions" column and select "Delete"
