Creating a Team 🛠️
Creating a team is an essential step in organizing your workforce. To create a team, follow these simple steps.
✔️ Step 1: Click on the "Teams" section on the menu.
✔️ Step 2: Select the "New team" button.
✔️ Step 3: Assign a name and a manager to your team.
✔️ Step 4: Finally, click on the "Add new team" button to finish creating your team.
Once you've followed the steps above, you can move forward with assign workers to that team.
Assigning Workers to a Team 📝
✔️ Step 1: Go to "Contract list", find a contract to assign to a team and click on its Actions button.
✔️ Step 2: Select the "Assign team" option.
✔️ Step 3: In the "Team" dropdown, select the option you want to assign the contract to.
✔️ Step 4: Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
You can repeat these steps as many times as needed to assign each worker to a team.
Filtering Invoices by Teams 🔍
✔️ Step 1: Go to the "Pay now" section of the "Payments" top menu, then click on the "Filters" button.
✔️ Step 2: In the "Teams" filter, select the team you want to filter by, and click on the "Apply" button.
You will now see all invoices for the selected team. You can repeat these steps to filter invoices for other teams.
