We've updated our payment flow with Wire to help you preserve the exchange rate of your transaction for up to 48 hours!
📌 Where to upload the proof of payment
To upload your wire transfer receipt, you have two options available in our platform.
✔️ Option 1: After approving the invoices, when starting the payment process and selecting Wire as the payment method, the bank details will be displayed, and you can click on "Upload transfer receipt".
This button redirects you to the invoices section, where you can upload your transfer receipt.
✔️ Option 2: You can go directly to the invoices section at any time.
📌 How to upload the proof of payment?
Once you're in the invoices section of the platform, please follow the next steps.
✔️ Step 1: Find the Wire transfer you created in the transaction history and click on the Actions button on the right side.
✔️ Step 2: When the action menu pops up, click on "Upload transfer receipt".
✔️ Step 3: Drag and drop the file (JPG, PNG or PDF) or click on "Select file" to upload it from your computer's file explorer.
✔️ Step 4: Once the file is loaded correctly, just click on "Save" and you're done!
⚠️ Three things to keep in mind:
Once you upload the receipt, the status of your transfer will go from "Receipt missing" to "Pending" status. This gives our Finance team a chance to review the information and mark it as "Succeeded".
If you don't upload the receipt within 48 hours of creating your transfer, this transaction will be marked as failed and all invoices will be returned to the Pay Now section for you to try again.
After the transaction is marked as failed, the exchange rate may vary.
