If your Ontop Card has been temporarily suspended due to country-specific restrictions, this FAQ article is here to provide you with comprehensive answers to the most common questions you might have.

What happens if I had funds in my card?

If you had funds in your card, those funds will be transferred to your Ontop Wallet.

What happens if I had any cashback to receive from a confirmed transaction?
In case you had any pending cashbacks from confirmed transactions, they will be deposited into your Wallet once the transactions are confirmed.

What happens if I had a pending transaction and it turns out to be canceled?

If you had a pending transaction that ultimately gets canceled, the value of the canceled transaction will be returned to your Wallet.

What happens if I was subscribed to a subscription plan charged on a monthly basis?

If you made monthly payments for your subscription plan, any unfinished subscription billing cycles will be partially refunded on a pro-rated basis to your Ontop Wallet.

What happens if I was subscribed to a subscription plan that I paid for on a yearly basis?

If you made annual payments for your subscription plan, you will receive a proportional refund for any unfinished billing cycles and months remaining for the year you paid the subscription fee, which will be credited to your Ontop Wallet.
