In this article, you can learn how to make payments through US wires on the platform.
Before we start, please keep in mind the following information:
Payment method cost: USD 15 per transaction.
Approval time: Same business day.
✔️ Step 1: Select the invoices you want to pay
Select all the invoices you want to pay, and then click on the "Pay your workers" button located at the bottom of the screen.
✔️ Step 2: Select US Wires as payment method
In the payment modal, you will see the method you have set up by default, here you must click on "Choose another method" and then select "US Wires".
✔️ Step 3: Pay with US Wire
Now you must click on the "Continue" button.
When doing so, the modal with the information to perform the transfer will be displayed.
In the upper part, we will show you the total amount to be transferred and the reference number that you must add at the moment of making the transfer (This number is different in each transaction).
At the bottom, you will find the account information to which you must transfer the money to Ontop. You must go to your bank with these details and initiate the transfer.
⚠️ If you do not include the reference number when making the transfer, this will not be automatically reconciled. This may result in a longer processing time for us to approve your transaction.
And that's it. From that moment on, you can check the status of your transaction in the transaction history of the invoices section on our platform.
