How to: Send extra payments

Step-by-step instructions on how to use the extra payments feature

In this article, you will learn how you can make extra payments to your workers through our platform.

An easy way to pay bonuses, and commissions or make refunds to your workers at any time of the month.

✔️ Step 1: Go to the Extra Payments section of the platform.


On the homepage, just click on the "Payments" menu and then select the option called "Extra payments".


✔️ Step 2: Create a new Extra payment.

When you click on the button called "Create new one" located in the upper right corner, you will see the General Info window where you will have to fill in the following data:

  • Select the worker's name.

  • Choose the associated contract.

  • Pick the payment date. (On this date the wallet of the worker will be charged).


When you click continue, you will be shown the "Extra Payment" window, where you will have to fill in the following information:

  • Payment concept (Bonus, commission, or refund).

  • Customizable extra payment title.

  • Payment amount.

You have the option to add more extra payments on that same invoice or save your changes.


In the tab called "Unpaid" you will be able to view the invoice you have just created. Now you can decide whether to edit it, review its details, delete it, or pay it.

✔️ Step 3: Pay your Extra payments.

Now you only have to select the extra payments invoices you wish to pay in that transaction and click on the button called "Pay your extra payments".


When you do so, you will see the payment form, where you can review the details of your transaction, select your payment method, and proceed with the payment in the usual way.


✔️ Step 4: Review your paid invoices.


In the "Historical" tab, you will be able to review all the extra payment invoices you have paid, check the status of the payment, or download the invoice file.

⚠️ Remember: Once the transaction is successful, the money will be added to your worker's wallet on the selected date.

What is the difference between sending an extra payment through this section and sending it through the Pay Now section?

  • Extra payments section: You can generate invoices only with extra payments any day of the month.

  • Pay Now section: The extra payments you add will be linked to the compensation invoice of that worker and you must respect the payment date of the contract.
